Perfect for everyone form beginners to those experienced - These classes combine gentle stretching, breathing into tight muscles to relieve any tension and provide a flow that will calmly quiet your mind from a full focused day. You will leave feeling relaxed, restored and renewed. These classes will run for the month of September with instructor Alessia Neri.
